OUR STAFF

Our Staff in 2013 is qualified and experienced. 5 of our teachers are studying to obtain their teaching qualifications but all are registered with the South Council for Education, a body that all teachers are required to join if they want to work in any South African school. At present Staff wages are very low (some 30% of government schools) because we depend on school fees and a small subsidy from the government. Never before have I worked with such a dedicated group. They work for the love of teaching – not for the remuneration.
